My name is Terri Gilsrud
I have a diverse background in both healthcare and ministry. I’ve worked as an optician and patient coordinator for three privately owned eye clinics, and I’ve spent over 14 years in ministry leading volunteer and event coordination. I thrive on organization and efficiency—whether it’s administrative support, creative marketing, research, or system implementation, I love managing people and details that help everything flow smoothly. As a natural planner, nothing excites me more than turning a vision into a successful, well-executed event or a thriving business.

A Little More About Me…
I live with my husband, daughter, and our four-year-old Standard Schnauzer named Milo in Monticello, MN. Our son is married and lives in Milaca, MN. They are expecting their first child in March 2026! We moved from St. Michael to our country dream home five years ago and are loving the peaceful, country life. There you will find me out for walks, cooking, watching football, gardening, watching wildlife, visiting antique stores, watching HGTV, and working on various home improvement projects as we continue to make the property our own. We purchased a pontoon this past July and have loved spending time on Minnesota lakes!
